Keith joined the Professional Aircraft Accessories team in 2020 as the company's Director fo Operations, Materials and Production Control. He was promoted to Vice President/GM in late 2023. His aviation experience spans more than three decades, having previously served in senior roles at Delta Air Lines, Comair, Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation, AAR Aircraft Services, Commercial Jet and AAR Airlift Group. Keith is a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served for almost 12 years. He and his wife Kim live in the West Melbourne area and have two adult children.
Tom Callahan has been a member of the PAA team since 1997. His career has been spent in FAA repair stations and has over 30 years of combined aviation experience. As the director of quality and accountable manager, he is responsible for the operations of the Quality Control and Quality of Assurance departments. He works closely with the FAA and our customer`s quality departments to quickly resolve any quality issues that may arise. He also heads the Government Contracts department in which he has been instrumental in obtaining Source Approval for PAA to compete and win several Repair & Overhaul Programs for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. Tom obtained his aviation training with the U.S. Army as a helicopter specialist working on the UH-1, AH-1 and OH-58 helicopters. After serving in the army, he continued working in aviation both with rotorcraft and fixed wing at S.M.S Instruments and then Mid-America Aviation. Tom holds his A&P License and is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Maya Villorente joined the Professional Aircraft Accessories team in 2014. She received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from University of California, Berkeley, and then pursued a graduate degree in global communications from Florida Institute of Technology. In her current role as Human Resources manager of PAA, Maya plans, directs and coordinates HR activities and staff, including the oversight of evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions. She serves as a link between management and employees, and strives to foster a positive environment and attitude toward organizational objectives.
Jason Barnett joined Professional Aircraft Accessories in October 2022 as Director of Finance. Jason has over 24 years of experience in Operational Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Technical Accounting, Financial Systems, Internal Controls, and Investor Relations. He graduated with a BA in Accounting and holds a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. Jason began his career in public accounting as an auditor at PwC then worked in industry at General Motors and most recently at L3Harris. He brings experience in transforming the finance function to maximize efficiency in a well-controlled environment while focusing on maximizing financial results with a strong customer focus. He is married with two children and resides in Viera, Florida.
Eric has been an integral part of Professional Aircraft since 2000, contributing over 25 years of invaluable aviation experience to his current role as Director. Over the years, he has undertaken diverse roles at PAA, ranging from Technical positions to Supervision and Quality Inspection.
Beginning his aviation career in the USAF, Eric garnered early expertise in Aircraft Landing Gear maintenance and replacement. His hands-on experience, spanning on-wing maintenance to component-level overhauls, has been instrumental in shaping him into the accomplished professional he is today. Eric's wealth of knowledge and extensive background make him a valuable asset in his current leadership role at Professional Aircraft.
